Yes! We love to travel. Events outside our standard service area may include additional travel fees for mileage, lodging, or accommodations as needed. All travel costs are covered by the client — we’ll include any details in your custom quote so there are no surprises.
No — we do not sell or supply alcohol. You provide all alcohol for your event, and we’re happy to help you build a shopping list based on your guest count and menu.
Absolutely! We can craft a custom mocktail menu to fit your event’s style and make sure everyone — including guests who don’t drink alcohol — feels welcome and included at the bar.
No — you’ll need to provide an appropriate bar, table, or serving surface for our team to set up on. If you’re not sure what you need, we’re happy to offer suggestions or recommend rental partners.
Gratuity is not automatically included in our package prices — but it’s always appreciated! Every setup includes the option for a tip jar at the bar (at the host’s discretion). Many clients also choose to add a gratuity directly to their final invoice as a way to thank their bartenders for outstanding service.
No — you or your venue provides ice.
We can help coordinate real glassware rentals through trusted local partners for an elevated feel. Disposable drinkware is always an option too — just let us know your preference.

Yes — we offer a portable kegerator & tap service for one on-draft beer option. We’ll handle setup and pick up your chosen keg.
Yes — we require a signed contract and a non-refundable deposit of 30% to secure your date. The remaining balance is due 14 days before your event.
